Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advanced administrative support to operations, administration, and management for commercial real estate project delivery.
  • •Support project management across budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for individual projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity and accurate, timely documentation.
  • •Track project progress against goals, budgets, and timelines; report status/variances and craft action plans.
  • •May manage smaller projects and/or lead smaller third-party delivery resources by tracking performance and motivating team members.

Salary: USD 75,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or equivalent related experience.
  • •Construction experience (MUST HAVE).
  • •Preferred: PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP.
  • •Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • •Ability to read and understand architectural drawings; working understanding of MS Project helpful.
