Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and lead a Quality Operations team to oversee product and process integrity on the flight ramp.
  • •Manage employee activities to ensure products, services, and processes comply with contract, engineering, company procedures, and government regulations.
  • •Develop and execute business plans, policies, and procedures; establish strategies to improve performance.
  • •Provide education and coaching on the Quality System and may make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies.
  • •Acquire and manage resources, lead process improvements, and maintain relationships with internal teams and external customers/stakeholders (e.g., DCMA).

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing’s “Exploring Leadership” course.
  • •3+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action.
  • •3+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or program management functional positions.
  • •Knowledge of technical orders and technical publications, and experience maintaining aircraft build records and technical directive records.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance requiring U.S. Citizenship (final U.S. Secret clearance prestart).
