Job Summary

Supervise daily entry operations for MOTIONGATE Dubai, overseeing ticketing, turnstiles, guest services, annual pass processing, group sales, and rental services. Ensure the park opens and closes per operational procedures, lead briefings and staffing coverage, and manage guest flow based on arrival patterns. Provide on-the-job training, assessments, and certifications for the entry team while maintaining cash-handling compliance, accurate logs, and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise daily Entry Operations activities, including ticketing, turnstiles, guest services, annual pass processing, group sales, and rental services.
•Ensure the park opens and closes according to operational procedures, including functional checks and coordination with relevant departments.
•Lead and support Entry Operations team members through daily briefings, duty assignments, staff positioning, and service-standard monitoring.
•Manage staffing levels, rotations, breaks, lunches, and attendance records to maintain operational coverage.
•Monitor guest arrival patterns and deploy resources to manage guest flow, respond to guest concerns, and ensure health, safety, and company standards are followed.

Key Requirements

•3 years previous supervisory experience in Service/ Entertainment/ Hospitality industry.
•Hands-on experience supervising a cash handling area and staff.
•Strong guest service skills and training/certification for guest service.
•Adapting to a changing work environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
•Higher school certification or technical diploma/college degree.
