Global Investment Banking – M&A Internship (January - March ), Frankfurt

Support Baird’s Global Investment Banking team with pitch preparation and the execution of live buy- and sell-side transactions. Help prepare company valuations and financial analyses using multiple valuation methods, and conduct company and market research to build insights for deal teams. The paid 3-month internship runs from January to March 2027 in Frankfurt, supporting mid-market M&A, debt advisory, and equity financing work.
