Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute holistic technology strategies and roadmaps for client engineering, aligning end-user experience with business objectives.
•Evaluate, pilot, and deploy new endpoint management, mobile, and virtual workspace technologies, and oversee SOE/OS/mobile/VDI transformation programs.
•Set technical direction for architecture, engineering, and delivery of enterprise end-user solutions, serving as a subject matter expert for end-user computing environments.
•Lead high-performing endpoint engineering, mobility, and VDI teams using OKRs, performance coaching, and a culture of innovation and accountability.
•Drive modernization, adoption of metrics-driven management, and cross-functional collaboration including vendor relationships, while ensuring security compliance, change management, and resilience (business continuity and disaster recovery).

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•12+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 9+ years with an advanced degree, or 6+ years with a PhD, or 15+ years of relevant experience.
•Proven track record leading large, high-performing teams in global organizations (5,000+ employees).
•Deep technical expertise in end-user technologies including SOE/OS management, endpoint engineering, MDM/EMM, and Citrix/VDI.
•Demonstrated ability to architect, deploy, and manage enterprise-scale client engineering solutions.
•Experience driving technology transformation and delivering measurable improvements in user experience.
