Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and implement measures for building damage remediation (e.g., water pipe, storm, fire damage) and/or large real-estate projects (from €50,000).
  • •Manage service providers, including contract negotiations, quality assurance, and direct steering and assessment.
  • •Review offers, invoices, and claims/outstanding amounts.
  • •Maintain and manage customer relationships before and during the construction period.
  • •Handle incoming complaints, perform project controlling, and conduct damage surveys, spot checks, and acceptances.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical education in construction (completed degree in architecture or civil engineering, technician, or master craftsman).
  • •At least 3 years of professional experience handling construction measures with a volume above €100,000.
  • •Knowledge of VOB/B+C and construction contract law (BGB).
