Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end tracking of documentation owed under credit agreements, including financial statements, compliance certificates, borrowing base reports, UCC filings, and collateral assignments.
  • •Maintain and improve the documentation tracking framework by identifying gaps, chasing exceptions, and escalating persistent delinquencies.
  • •Serve as primary relationship owner for third-party audit firms, scoping engagements, reviewing findings, and driving remediation.
  • •Independently re-verify trustee/servicer confirmations by reconciling trust-level reports to counterparty-level reality and assessing covenant compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of related experience.
  • •5+ years in asset-based lending, lender finance, structured products, field examination, collateral analysis, loan operations, or credit risk review (ideally across more than one).
