Key Responsibilities

•Promote Julphar products and services to healthcare providers as a trusted advisor to facilitate buying decisions.
•Develop and manage a sales territory, execute the sales and marketing plan, and implement the territory coverage plan (sales calls and visit frequency).
•Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timescales.
•Deliver customer-centric activities and organize audio-visual activities for healthcare providers in coordination with the direct manager.
•Maintain records (daily reports, customer profiles, and marketing feedback) and submit daily and monthly reports; monitor competitor activities and report to the direct manager.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related science.
•Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timescales.
•Develop and manage an assigned sales territory and execute the sales and marketing plan.
•Maintain accurate records and submit daily and monthly reports using the country reporting system.
•Excellent communication, listening, persuasive skills, and strong time/territory management.
