Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior leaders across Product and Technology and related business units, collaborating with regional compensation leads and HR teams to develop a global perspective.
  • •Lead strategic compensation initiatives supporting the growth and evolution of Product and Technology, including engineering, data, insights, product, and experience design.
  • •Provide analytics and insights to guide compensation decisions, including market movement analysis and recommendations aligned with the personal top of market philosophy.
  • •Collaborate with Talent (HR) Operations and Technology teams to build and refine metrics and dashboards for leaders and managers.
  • •Support the design and execution of global compensation programs (e.g., pay equity, compensation reviews, job architecture, workforce planning) and drive ongoing and new strategic initiatives.
