Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor)

Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics for a fast-paced recruiting team, from receiving scheduling requests through the wrap-up of interviews. Support candidates with travel and hotel arrangements via Egencia, maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse and ModernLoop, and manage dynamic interviewer schedules. Communicate with candidates by phone, text, and email, improve the interview process by identifying bottlenecks, and help deliver a consistently excellent candidate experience onsite at Arsenal-1.
