Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of non-technical roles across departments and levels. Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end recruiting for a portfolio of non-technical searches, including sourcing, screening, interview management, and extending offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
•Build and manage candidate pipelines through proactive outreach using automation, AI tools, and creative sourcing techniques.
•Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and develop recruitment strategies.
•Create structured interview processes and support equitable hiring decisions across departments and levels.
•Continuously improve recruiting tools, workflows, and the candidate experience using existing systems and best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75 hourly

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a blend of agency and startup experience.
•Experience partnering with stakeholders to close roles across departments and levels.
•Exceptional sourcing skills, including identifying and engaging talent through creative methods and automated, AI-powered tools.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
•Attention to detail and process optimization with a strong focus on candidate experience and high-quality hiring.
