Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Transfer Agency transformation programmes by working closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, product owners, and technology teams.
  • •Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications across the transfer agency operating model.
  • •Support change initiatives across the end-to-end investor lifecycle.
  • •Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, controls enhancement, automation, and digitization.
  • •Develop target operating models and future-state processes across transfer agency and investor servicing functions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Transfer Agency, Fund Services, Investor Services, Custody, Securities Services, or Financial Services Consulting.
  • •Strong understanding of Transfer Agency operations, including investor onboarding, fund dealing, subscriptions/redemptions, shareholder servicing, distributions, and registry management.
  • •Proven Business Analyst experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, performing gap analysis, and producing functional documentation with stakeholder management.
  • •Experience delivering change and transformation initiatives across transfer agency platforms, investor servicing, or fund operations environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of the fund services ecosystem and how Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Custody, and providers like Clearstream and Euroclear interact.
