Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and provide strategic advice on a wide range of contracts, including AI-related service agreements.
  • •Negotiate contract terms (markup, arguments, strategies) with suppliers, partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • •Stay updated on AI product, legal, and regulatory developments and translate them into contract adaptation and negotiation guidance.
  • •Partner with technical and business teams to ensure legal and regulatory compliance for deploying AI technologies.
  • •Support other legal topics as needed, including labor law, corporate, and competition law.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in law and bar admission.
  • •3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a technology or AI-focused environment involving contract negotiation.
  • •Strong knowledge of data privacy and protection (GDPR and related frameworks), intellectual property, contract law and liability, and regulatory/compliance areas.
  • •Experience working in a fast-growing environment.
