Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and perform line maintenance and transit inspections on transport category aircraft, including B777, B747, B737, B767, and A319/A320/A321.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, avionics, and structural issues; perform component removal/replacement, operational checks, and functional testing.
  • •Provide senior-level technical guidance and mentorship to AMT Leads and maintenance personnel, serving as the primary technical escalation point during assigned shifts.
  • •Coordinate AMT training and airline-specific qualification programs to ensure required certifications and authorizations are maintained.
  • •Coordinate maintenance activities with airline and airport operations, communicate maintenance status/delays/MEL-CDL items, and lead maintenance response during IROPs/AOG situations while ensuring FAA, company, and customer compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with transport category aircraft and demonstrated advanced troubleshooting and aircraft systems knowledge.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to operate airport vehicles; ability to obtain and maintain airport security badging.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 operation.
