Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build focused, standalone courses (15–45 minutes) in sprints of three weeks or less, shipping roughly 15+ courses per year.
  • •Own the end-to-end course design lifecycle at speed: needs analysis, design, build, QA, and publish with smart scoping decisions.
  • •Deliver live and virtual training on topics you build, adapting on the fly to audience questions, skill levels, and workflows.
  • •Repurpose content across delivery modes (on-demand to live, live to on-demand, micro to full) to maximize reach.
  • •Scan proactively for emerging learning needs and field/triage incoming requests, partnering with product, product marketing, customer teams, and SMEs.
