Job Summary

Manage daily activities of the Welding Shop and lead Operations/Engineering customer service support initiatives. Coordinate pipeline integrity fabrication and maintenance work, including ILI anomaly repairs, sleeves, and hot tap/stopple installations. Own safety and environmental compliance, budgets, and employee training. Participate in hiring/termination decisions, run performance reviews, and develop work plans and cost-effective procedures while coordinating with vendors and supporting annual capital and O&M budgets.

•Ensure safety and environmental compliance and manage budgets, employee training and development, and personnel functions.
•Participate in employment/termination decisions, conduct performance reviews, and recommend promotions and pay increases.
•Develop and implement job plans and cost-effective work procedures; coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and equipment scheduling/billing.
