Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage the supply base to support sourcing for Starlink satellites, subsystems, and ground stations.
  • •Provide weekly team status reporting and escalate to management when necessary.
  • •Train and mentor the team to continuously improve.
  • •Work with suppliers to develop and implement sourcing and cost management strategies for existing platforms and new product development.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support capital purchases and production consumables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas, or 7+ years in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material or production planning, operations or supply chain management, material cost control, or master production scheduling.
  • •Experience negotiating contracts and sourcing global suppliers.
  • •Experience with sourcing high-volume manufacturing commodities (plastic injection molding, metal stamping, die casting, CNC machining, production tooling).
  • •Strong ability to prioritize internal customer and company needs and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • •Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment.
