Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product management, promotion, and pricing for low-voltage busbar products in PDSS APAC.
  • •Plan, organize, and drive new product development aligned to the product strategy plan, including features, time to market, and cost effectiveness.
  • •Work with front office teams (sales/BD) to drive new product development and promotion.
  • •Be responsible for IEC project promotion (training, tools preparation, configuration, quotation, and technical support).
  • •Manage product operation assets (installation manuals, catalog, brochure, competitive comparisons) and support customer voice collection, training documentation/workshops, and reporting tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • •At least 10 years of related experience in engineering or systems in the industry.
  • •Familiar with power distribution products, especially applications of busbar products.
  • •Familiar with GB and IEC standards and regional market access rules.
  • •Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-oriented demonstration skills; fluent English (Chinese speakers preferred).
