Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
•Build semantic data models and develop advanced DAX calculations, KPIs, and time intelligence measures.
•Create Power Query (M) transformations and ETL processes, and integrate Power BI with multiple data sources.
•Implement governance and security for Power BI environments, including Row-Level Security (RLS), workspaces, deployments, and scheduled refreshes.
•Optimize dashboard performance, troubleshoot production issues, document solutions, and mentor junior developers through code reviews.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics and 5+ years developing Power BI solutions.
•Strong expertise with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query (M), DAX, and data modeling.
•Advanced SQL development skills plus experience designing dimensional models (Star Schema and Snowflake Schema).
•Experience integrating multiple enterprise data sources (including SQL Server, AWS, and REST APIs) and data warehousing concepts.
•Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS), plus knowledge of CI/CD and tools for deployments (e.g., Git or AWS DevOps).
