Key Requirements

  • •JD from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
  • •Hands-on experience advising a technology business (in-house or at a leading law firm) on privacy and data protection.
  • •Experience drafting and negotiating data protection agreements such as DPAs, BAAs, and data sharing agreements.
  • •Working knowledge of key global privacy laws, including those of the Americas, EEA, and APAC.
  • •Ability to read and engage with technical documentation, such as system designs and architecture diagrams.
