Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in an integrated planning, cost, and risk environment to optimize resources and meet budget and time constraints.
  • •Ensure the established planning and scheduling methodology is followed and maintain project milestone and progress baselines.
  • •Perform schedule data analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas requiring attention; communicate to the Project Director and team.
  • •Lead schedule reporting, including forecast updates and schedule contingency management for specific work packages, and ensure timely schedule updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 1,200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering (preferred).
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a construction scheduling role.
  • •Experience scheduling in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • •Practical exposure to network planning structures and proficiency with Primavera Project Planner 6.0 (or above) and Microsoft Project.
