Job Summary

Lead the enterprise AI agenda for Allianz Benelux by defining and executing the AI strategy, operating model, and roadmap. Own the AI transformation program and the lifecycle of AI products—from use cases and business cases through industrialization, scaling, and value realization. Serve as the primary interface with Allianz Group and Allianz Technology, coordinate cross-functional delivery across Business, IT, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Legal, and ensure responsible AI governance aligned with EU AI Act requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy, translating vision into a prioritized roadmap that delivers measurable business value.
•Lead organization-wide AI adoption through literacy, change management, and capability building to embed AI in how the organization works.
•Own the AI product portfolio lifecycle, covering use case discovery, business case development, industrialization, scaling, and value realization.
•Act as the primary interface with Allianz Group and Allianz Technology, ensuring strategic alignment while championing Benelux priorities.
•Ensure responsible AI governance and cross-functional delivery, coordinating Business, IT, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders in line with EU AI Act and internal frameworks.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience defining and executing enterprise AI strategies and leading large-scale AI transformation programs.
•Demonstrated AI adoption across multiple business functions and delivery of AI products creating measurable value (e.g., productivity, customer experience, operational efficiency, risk management).
•Strong cross-functional leadership aligning Business, IT, Data, and Risk teams, including engagement with Executive Committees and Board-level presentations.
•Knowledge of responsible AI, AI governance, and regulatory frameworks, including the EU AI Act.
•A Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline (additional AI/Generative AI/Digital Transformation certifications are a strong asset).
