Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end technical delivery of the 2026 Annual Performance Review process in Workday.
  • •Be singularly accountable for Workday configuration, workflow integrity, system readiness, and technical success of the annual review cycle.
  • •Design, build, and configure the review process in Workday based on approved policy, process, and business requirements.
  • •Lead testing and launch readiness activities, including task flow testing and user acceptance testing.
  • •Provide in-cycle system support: identify/triage issues, resolve break/fix items, and manage risks and dependencies to ensure a successful cycle execution.
