Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, execution, and governance for complex technology and business programs to meet delivery commitments.
  • •Manage program scope, schedule, budget, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery readiness.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, product, data, reporting, change management, and operations.
  • •Facilitate governance routines, stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and escalation management.
  • •Prepare and communicate program status, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions needed for leadership, while supporting business readiness and operational transition activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •7+ years of program/project management experience.
  • •Experience leading and coordinating large, complex, cross-functional information technology programs and projects.
  • •Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative, Agile/Scrum, and release management with QA and UAT.
  • •Ability to prepare executive-level status reporting and clearly communicate program risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions needed for leadership.
