Key Responsibilities

  • •Assure employee safety in low, medium, and high voltage work environments through safety program development, compliance, and safety equipment availability.
  • •Direct and coordinate CPS service regional operations to achieve sales, profit, and growth goals while improving quality and customer service levels.
  • •Act as a sales and marketing agent with sales and operations management to meet top-line sales and bottom-line profit objectives and develop prospective customers.
  • •Create forward-looking profit plans and monthly forecasts; manage budgeting and procurement of capital equipment, sales quotes execution, cost control, subcontractors, inventory, receivables, and backlog/project turn.
  • •Recruit, assess talent, train and develop staff, set goals, manage performance appraisals, and lead/distribute the leadership team across the assigned region.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR at least 5 years of electrical/electronic field service while actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s program.
  • •Minimum 5 years electrical/electronic field service expertise.
  • •Minimum 2 years people leadership experience (or 5 years leading large technical projects).
  • •Possess and maintain a valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
