Join Peloton’s Android engineering team to build the core member-facing android application powering Peloton’s on-device experiences across Bike, Tread, and Row. You will mentor mid/junior engineers, collaborate with UX/design, translate product requirements into scalable, MVVM/MVI-based code, and contribute to AI-assisted coding workflows in a hybrid, NYC-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain the core member-facing Android application embedded on Peloton hardware (Bike, Tread, Row).
•Collaborate with UX/design teams to assess design feasibility and translate requirements into robust code.
•Mentor and grow mid/junior engineers across the Android team to raise engineering quality and velocity.
•Evaluate engineering trade-offs and propose solutions to complex cross-team coordination with product owners.
•Leverage AI-first coding tools to improve developer productivity and code quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,389 - 168,467 annually

•B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent years of work experience
