•ServiceNow implementation across modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, HR, SecOps) and ongoing configuration
•Manage ServiceNow support and integration with third-party applications
•Develop and customize using UI Pages, UI Macros, CSS, HTML, and Jelly; design processes and design documents
•Oversee upgrade cycles and adopt new release features to support business users
•Mentor junior team members and extend ServiceNow capabilities across geographies and departments

Key Requirements

•6-10 years of overall IT experience with large enterprise implementation projects
•Expert in configuring ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, HR, and SecOps
•Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules and integration with third-party applications
•Proficient with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer, ServiceNow API, and Integration Hub
•Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and upgrading release cycles; mentor junior team members
