Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site technical support for customer lithography processes, including process development, optimization, parameter setup, and issue diagnosis.
  • •Understand customer products and process requirements to deliver customized lithography solutions.
  • •Analyze and resolve lithography process issues such as exposure uniformity, alignment accuracy, CD control, and overlay errors.
  • •Support lithography process verification and tuning during new product introduction (NPI).
  • •Write and maintain technical documentation (process flows, issue analysis reports, and technical communication materials) and collaborate with HQ R&D, product, and FAE teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Physics, Optical Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mathematics.
  • •Solid understanding of semiconductor process knowledge.
  • •Strong presentation and communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders (BDM, project leaders, management) and external customers.
  • •Flexible mindset to support tasks in a matrix organization (issue escalation, NPI, NTP projects, etc.).
  • •Ability to work under pressure and travel flexibly to support customers across China.
