Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact to resolve client issues for accounts, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
  • •Provide exceptional customer service for inquiries and concerns about vehicle condition and discrepancies, maintaining positive client relationships.
  • •Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments to support inventory movement and timely completion of reconditioning services.
  • •Build client relationships by examining vehicles, completing reconditioning estimates, coordinating and approving services, and conducting condition reports and imaging audits.
  • •Follow Cox standards and safety procedures and use NAAA guidelines for proper placement of vehicle announcements and/or brands.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination including 5 years’ related experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license and the physical ability and mental acuity to perform duties within required timeframes.
  • •Safe, accurate execution of vehicle inspection and condition report processes to identify issues such as paint/body repairs, frame damage, and PDR.
  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, prioritize effectively, and maintain professionalism in client communications.
  • •Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
