People Project Manager

Own end-to-end and cross-functional projects for the People Operations and Insights team, guiding delivery across People pillars and stakeholder portfolios. Use structured project management methodologies to define problems, build plans, monitor progress, surface risks, and ensure adoption of high-priority initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams (including legal, finance, and engineering) to improve processes and governance, and present clear materials to senior leadership and users.
