Operations Technician (Shift Operations)

Maintain and troubleshoot power generation and distribution equipment at a major Williams facility supporting data center energy needs. Perform hands-on tasks including inspecting gear, reading drawings, and supporting pipeline operations while following safety procedures and technical standards. Analyze operational data with teammates to resolve technical challenges, keep accurate records, complete reports/logs, and assist with preventive maintenance and construction project support.
