Key Responsibilities

  • •Own global category strategy for mechanical assembly.
  • •Lead supplier selection, RFQs, negotiations, and contracting aligned with Eaton sourcing policies.
  • •Manage supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and risk metrics.
  • •Ensure continuity of supply for Mobility manufacturing plants and aftermarket demand, including cost out and resiliency.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, and finance; support supplier risk management and capacity planning escalation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • •Bilingual English - Spanish.
  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management.
  • •Experience with automotive or industrial manufacturing supply chains preferred.
  • •Knowledge of RFQ and contract negotiation, cost breakdown/productivity analysis, and supplier quality and risk management.
