Job Function: Supply Chain & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

•Validate orders from customers in SAP (Sephora US, Sephora Canada, Kohls) and ensure proper transmission to the 3PL provider
•Monitor milestones (start/end of preparation, routing, pickup dates) and analyze discrepancies between quantities delivered and invoiced
•Monitor weekly volumes versus forecast and ensure customer priorities are followed by the 3PL provider
•Lead weekly meetings with customers and manage communication on fill rate, on-time and in-full preparation, restocking dates
•Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to distribution and customer service performance; build regular reports for the France-based team

Key Requirements

•A five-year higher education degree from a business or engineering school
•Initial experience required (1-2 years after work-study program/internship) in Supply Chain and with experience in Distribution
•Fluent English
•Good knowledge of an ERP system such as SAP and Power BI
•Proficiency in Excel
