Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, configure, and manage office network connectivity using Cisco Meraki, including MPLS/WAN links and Peplink SD-WAN/failover.
  • •Administer data center server clusters and VMware virtualization environments, including backup/recovery and disaster recovery testing.
  • •Configure and support voice gateways (SIP/PRI) and maintain contact center infrastructure for uptime and quality of service.
  • •Manage endpoint and identity systems, including MDM (JumpCloud, Microsoft, Apple Business Manager), Zscaler secure access, Google Workspace, SSO, patch management, and endpoint lifecycle.
  • •Drive AI-driven automation across IT operations (ticket triage, alerting, reporting, maintenance), and apply ITIL-based ITSM practices for incident/problem/change/request management.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven hands-on experience administering Cisco Meraki networks (switches, wireless, security appliances).
  • •Strong experience managing data center server clusters and VMware virtualization environments (vSphere/vCenter, ESXi).
  • •Experience deploying and supporting Peplink SD-WAN/failover solutions across offices and data centers.
  • •Solid understanding of Voice Gateway technologies (SIP/PRI) and telephony troubleshooting.
  • •Experience with endpoint identity/MDM and secure access tools including JumpCloud, Zscaler, and Google Workspace, plus SSO and patch management for Windows and Mac endpoints.
  • •Experience with ITIL foundation principles across incident, problem, change, and request management.
