Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish an industry-best training department dedicated to BridgeBio organizational learning objectives, customized to affiliate customer and business needs.
  • •Oversee learning needs assessment in collaboration with business owners (BridgeBio Affiliate Partners) to define gaps in skills and knowledge.
  • •Lead the definition and implementation of the most effective learning mix (live/virtual instructor-led, e-learning, blended learning, social learning) with best practices of instructional design.
  • •Lead the creation and standardization of Launch Excellence models for new products/indications from early planning to post-launch sustainment.
  • •Oversee the development and facilitation of engaging workshops on disease states, products, marketplaces, and contextual selling skills for all audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred
  • •10+ years of experience in commercial or medical functions within the Biotech/Pharma industry; field sales experience is a plus
  • •5+ years of experience in training leadership; experience in field team training is a plus
  • •Experience aligning strategic needs with curriculum/content development, navigating promotional review processes, and administration of Learning Management Systems
  • •Ability to travel approximately 20%
