Job Summary

Design, develop, validate, deploy, and manage customized Windows OS images and software services for factory production environments. Work with customers, project managers, manufacturing operations, factory teams, and engineering organizations to ensure compliant, high-quality deliveries. Create image engineering processes with version control and release management, support deployment and production readiness, perform testing/validation and root-cause analysis, and drive automation to improve image creation, testing, and release.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and create customized Windows operating system images based on customer requirements.
•Configure and validate drivers, applications, security settings, and operating system updates; support image deployment methodologies.
•Manage image version control and release processes for factory production environments while ensuring compatibility across hardware platforms.
•Perform image testing/validation against customer requirements and conduct root cause analysis for image failures and production defects.
•Release validated images to manufacturing sites, support image reception/transfers and production readiness, and provide technical guidance during pilot/NPI/high-volume builds.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Experience with Windows deployment technologies (WIM, MDT, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot).
•Experience with BIOS configuration and firmware management, driver integration, and operating system servicing.
•Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
•Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication/project coordination skills.
