Job Summary

Manage the end-to-end relationship with service partners across VIVO, ensuring suppliers are sourced, onboarded, developed, and delivering strong commercial outcomes. Oversee supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and contractual obligations across multiple national contracts. Partner with operational and commercial teams to shape supplier governance frameworks, control costs, support tender and negotiation activity, and drive continuous improvement and risk reduction.

•Monitor and manage contract obligations, support improvement plans, and identify opportunities to enhance delivery and reduce risk.
•Support commercial and budget management activities, including cost control and insight into supplier performance and improvement opportunities.
•Support tender activities, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract changes; contribute to continuous improvement and sustainability-aligned supply chain goals.
