Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end project management and construction management assignments from initiation through completion and closeout.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and lead client meetings, progress reviews, and project governance discussions.
  • •Develop project execution plans, delivery strategies, schedules, milestones, monitoring frameworks, and KPIs.
  • •Drive performance on schedule, budget, quality, and safety through planning, monitoring, and risk management; report progress and mitigate risks.
  • •Administer contracts including change management, claims review, variation orders, payment certification, and final account closure; support tender documentation, RFP materials, and negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of total experience with at least 10+ years of relevant experience in Project Management / Construction Management.
  • •Proven experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Strong exposure to client management and project delivery.
  • •Team management and people management experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / related discipline; master’s degree in Project / Construction Management or MBA preferred.
