Job Summary

Coordinate service-area material flows for a repair depot, ensuring accurate receiving, labeling, stocking, and inventory maintenance. Prepare sales orders for shipment, perform daily cycle counts, and manage returns including OEM repair items and RMA processing. Support supply ordering and the physical/systematic movement of materials, while complying with GMP requirements and assisting with special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

•Comply with all GMP requirements while processing service-area materials.
•Verify and stock incoming items, including counts and part number checks, and label materials accordingly.
•Prepare sales orders for shipment and coordinate movement to the shipping department for processing.
•Maintain inventory through daily cycle counts and manage returned items, including OEM repair returns and RMA processing.
•Assist with supplies ordering, physical and systematic movement of material in the repair depot, and special projects as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 20 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Warehouse Management and Logistics.
•College Graduate or equivalent preferred.
•Ability to process incoming material by verifying counts, part numbers, labeling, and stocking.
•Experience performing inventory maintenance and daily cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
•Ability to process OEM items for vendor repair and handle returned items, including RMA processing.
