Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient ETL solutions using SAP BODS to support enterprise data needs.
  • •Lead end-to-end implementation of data integration workflows, translating requirements into technical specifications and ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.
  • •Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security compliance across ETL processes.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues to minimize disruption to business operations.
  • •Provide engineering support across the enterprise, including establishing frameworks/reusable assets and collaborating with infrastructure and DevOps teams on deployment pipelines, monitoring, and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •4–7 years of experience in data engineering/ETL development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP BODS.
  • •Hands-on expertise in SAP BODS (data flows, workflows, transforms, and job scheduling) and designing data integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • •Strong ETL design and optimization skills for large volumes of structured and semi-structured data, including data migration, cleansing, and transformation across enterprise data warehouse systems.
  • •Proficiency with SQL and PL/SQL, plus understanding of data quality management (error handling and exception reporting).
