Job Summary

Build and deploy cutting-edge GenAI applications for customer-facing engagements, leveraging techniques from Mosaic AI and modern LLM workflows. Own production rollouts and serve as a trusted technical advisor across domains. Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to influence priorities and shape the roadmap, while presenting externally at events like Data + AI Summit. Use tools such as HuggingFace, LangChain, DSPy, and Spark-based platforms to deliver first-of-its-kind AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions using latest Mosaic AI techniques to address customer problems.
•Own production rollouts of consumer and internally facing GenAI applications.
•Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across a variety of domains.
•Present at conferences such as Data + AI Summit as an internal and external thought leader.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to influence priorities and shape the product roadmap.

Key Requirements

•Experience building GenAI applications, including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, and fine-tuning using tools such as HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
•Expertise deploying production-grade GenAI applications, including evaluation and optimization.
•Extensive hands-on industry data science experience using tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
•Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
•Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience, plus ability to communicate/teach technical concepts to diverse audiences.
