Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure customer success by understanding requirements and building a long-term strategy based on best practices.
  • •Lead successful integration and consultancy across the customer life cycle, acting as a trusted security expert.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to review and ensure integration efficiency and deliver high-quality, customer-focused service.
  • •Solve technical problems and clearly communicate Akamai’s value to both technical and business audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in security technologies with a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
  • •Experience in network or application security engineering and interest in advancing security expertise.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Internet routing protocols including BGP, ISIS, OSPF, and MPLS.
  • •Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper routers.
  • •Knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and how it relates to internet services compromise or attacks.
