Execute and lock mortgage loans as they are submitted, updating loan data in Encompass and ensuring program/rate/margin/caps/buydown details are accurate. Calculate and reclaim monthly funding losses, maintain post-purchase file updates, and support secondary market day-to-day operations. Assist with investor funding disputes, hedged/correspondent filing, escrow balancing, and loan lock extensions, changes, and cancellations.

Key Responsibilities

•Confirm execution of all loan locks, including subprime, and process lock extension/change/cancellation requests.
•Register loans and perform Encompass upload and review of program/rate/margin/caps/buydown information.
•Determine monthly funding loss, reclaim lost funds, and update file information as loans are purchased by investors.
•Perform hedged and correspondent filing and balance escrow accounts post-purchase with the Operations Specialist.
•Maintain off-sheet pricing and processing rates, and assist with investor funding disputes and LO pricing/guideline questions.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years managing branch operations in a mortgage banking firm or a related field involving real estate lending.
•Demonstrated proficiency in business development, funding, underwriting, or equivalent areas.
•Excellent written and oral communications skills.
•Ability to analyze operations conditions, take corrective action, and implement strategies to accomplish goals.
•Ability to quickly identify and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions.
