Key Responsibilities

  • •Compile and organize data to prepare accurate reports, memos, and presentations for the supervisor by set deadlines.
  • •Process incoming and outgoing communications, including message taking, copying, and distributing information as needed.
  • •Maintain an up-to-date scheduler, arrange appointments/meetings, and ensure critical meetings are not missed.
  • •Manage visitor and appointment screening, maintain logs, and ensure efficient traceability of correspondences and documents.
  • •Support document flow in compliance with the quality management system and contribute to HSE initiatives, including incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant experience.
  • •Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • •Strong confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information (financial, legal, personal).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
