Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver aircraft maintenance under Boeing MAA MRP Part 145 approval or the MOD customer approval.
  • •Perform assembly, disassembly, modification, repair, and upgrades of aircraft systems/structures/electronics/components.
  • •Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems (pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical/electronic) to isolate faults and repair components using authorised maintenance documents.
  • •Control and sequence workloads to meet schedule milestones and maintain first-time quality and performance measures.
  • •Mitigate immediate risks (including stop work) and escalate emerging risks, issues, and shortfalls in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
  • •Recognised relevant trade apprenticeship or trade training equivalent.
  • •Knowledge of general aircraft maintenance and processes in an aviation environment (e.g., Human Factors, FOD control, tool control, health & safety & COSHH).
  • •Experience in commercial or defence aircraft maintenance (either considered).
  • •Proficient computer skills and ability to use the Microsoft Office suite.
