Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and plan drawings and sketches using AutoCAD, including production drawings, shop drawings, JO, and as-built drawings.
  • •Deliver drawings and design outputs within project timelines while addressing design challenges and proposing solutions.
  • •Create architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations) and detailed drawings for electrical/mechanical components with relevant specifications.
  • •Coordinate with contractors to ensure construction aligns with technical drawings, and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and standards.
  • •Lead and support teams on enhancing competencies through coaching and mentoring, and support HSE initiatives including incident reporting and resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience as a draftsman/drawing role, with 3 years relevant experience and 2 years in GCC as a plus.
  • •Proficiency in AutoCAD to develop drawings, sketches, and detailed technical plans for drawings/specifications.
  • •Ability to create production, shop, and as-built drawings using site measurements and coordination.
  • •Knowledge of budgeting and cost accounting concepts to assess project costs, budget variances, and trends for cost control.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills to support successful execution of the role.
