Key Responsibilities

•Develop and deliver the global target operating model, mission and strategy as part of the SSC senior management team.
•Lead the development of the strategic plan to ensure long-term financial health and growth of the SSC.
•Regularly review operational costs and recommend savings while maintaining high service standards for OpCos.

Key Requirements

•Twelve years of experience, with five years in a similar role.
•Established people manager with coaching and leadership qualities to grow and influence a large team.
•Strong communication skills at all levels with transparent, clear communication.
•Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
•Agile and strategic thinking; commercial and analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
