Student Researcher (AI Foundation Models Infrastructure - Seed Infra) - 2026 Start (PhD)

Work on large-scale AI foundation model infrastructure across distributed training, reinforcement learning, high-performance inference, and heterogeneous hardware compilation. Build systems and tooling to improve training efficiency, inference latency/throughput, and developer productivity. Conduct performance analysis, profiling, and debugging while developing compiler or runtime optimizations for GPUs/accelerators in a fast-paced research-driven environment.
