Own demand generation and growth marketing strategy end-to-end, aligning all marketing functions to revenue goals. Drive top-of-funnel awareness through multi-channel campaigns, improve organic and content lead flow, and increase conversion of existing traffic into signups and pipeline. Partner with Sales to build qualified opportunities and with leadership to shape business strategy. Lead and grow a specialist marketing team while using data to double down on what works.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive demand generation end-to-end: from awareness through campaigns that bring in qualified leads and conversion into signups and pipeline.
•Own marketing strategy and performance aligned to revenue goals, using top-of-funnel and qualified pipeline as north-star metrics.
•Lead multi-channel campaigns and ensure organic/content work supports lead generation and nurturing.
•Work closely with Sales so leads become real opportunities, improving conversion from website traffic to pipeline.
•Lead and grow the marketing team, partnering with CEO/CTO and using data to double down on what works.

Key Requirements

•Experience owning growth or demand generation and delivering repeatable, reliable pipeline outcomes.
•Proven ability to lead an entire marketing function end-to-end (positioning, product marketing, content, lifecycle, website, and demand generation).
•Strong revenue-first mindset focused on qualified pipeline and conversion, not brand-only metrics.
•Data-driven approach: translate numbers into clear actions and measurable impact, distinguishing real leads from vanity metrics.
•Comfort working hands-on in a small, remote-first startup environment and knowing when to lead vs. build.
