Job Summary

Drive GenAI and/or Cloud opportunities and grow new business for a designated enterprise client portfolio in Thailand. Own the full customer success lifecycle—onboarding, training, support, adoption, advocacy, and retention—to improve product adoption, customer satisfaction, and account health. Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams on cross-sell/upsell, lifecycle process improvements, and feed customer and product insights into the roadmap.

•Identify and coordinate cross-sell and upsell opportunities with the sales team.
•Provide feedback to business and product teams to help define the product roadmap and manage customer success platforms to a high standard.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of proven Sales and Business Development experience with AI/LLM or Cloud products in Thailand.
•Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
•Understanding of the client base and the challenges they face.
•Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
•Analytical, process-oriented mindset with SaaS or PaaS technology experience.
